Remote Start did not work in the AM
Normally while getting ready to leave my house I press the auto start button while in doors. Your allowed to be up to 196 Feet away from the car. I about 20 feet away indoors and it did not work. Even outside of the car while 2 feet away it did not work. So I started the engine and on the infomation center it said on the display Ice Possible. The car's outside Temp was 35 degrees. I tried the auto start later on around 12 p.m. today the weather was in the 50's and the auto start worked. I looked at the book it said Auto start would require a person to be closer to the car in rainy or snowy weather. There was no mention in the car manual a low temp would prevent the auto start to work. So the auto start I know works above 40 degrees. Lets see what occurs during this upcomming winter season.
On a postive note. While driving around in the am today I did see another HHR and I honked and waved at the driver and he waved back.
