Thanks so much to everyone for their support in this project, is close I solving the issues to replace the actuator.
so this is my step what I did.
take off the
-top dash, -dash, - Instrumental the gauge, radio, control heating, the box shifter gear, the passenger airbag, both sides of the mini speaker.
When everything is off you can see the pipes and heating black pipe, need to cut the black pipe in the right side to create more room, so after that, you will have room to manipulate the actuator, in that way, you can disconnect and connect very quickly.
PD: at least in HHR LT is impossible to take off the actuator while handling with bar or something I was watching some videos on YouTube where they said the easy way without disassembling the dash, for me was impossible, in the Chevrolet manual maintenance explain the only way is to follow the step what I did.

This thread will close for me, so this project is DONE.
