Replacing Stabilizer bar bushings

Can replacement of the stabilizer bar bushings be done on ramps, leaving the wheels on? I'm thinking I can unbolt both bushings and wiggle the bar down enough to remove and replace the bushings. Anyone know for sure?

I replaced them. I tried first with ramps, but really is a pita in due that there´s not clearance for the front screws. Then, I removed the wheels and was easier. And as Geg sez, you need to remove one of the two link bolts.
