That looks to be it. Seems to be available from numerous places.
Or, if you have a wrecking yard open nearby, you may be able to find one there.

I got the front ones in tonight and I get a "Service Air Bag" message I guess I need to swap out the air bag sensors from old seat to the new one, will do that tomorrow too dark and cold out now. I don't get the circuit breaker until tomorrow so I not sure if the power seats will work I did find some sort of a power plug under the seat.

On My LS I ran a power wire into the fuse panel in the floor console and wiretap on a fuse.

I need to remind all I am far from being a mechanic. I am over the "Service Air Bag" issue I think moving the sensor from one seat to the other should be done mid next week. However I added the circuit breaker to #37 for the electric seat to work and it's not working not shocked I am sure I need to do more to get this working. using the plug that was under my seat not sur. Lethal Tendencies mentioned "power wire into the fuse panel in the floor console and wiretap on a fuse" not certain what this means. Any suggestions appreciated, will take to a auto shop if I hear nothing.

I think he meant that he ran a wire from the fuse panel (with inline fuse or from protected side of a circuit) to the seat power wire in order to provide 12 volts to the seat for operation of electrical functions.

Are you sure you have it connected to the correct connector? Perhaps you could post a photo!

Anybody that decides to mess with electricity should invest in a VOM, about $5 at Harbor Freight. A test light at least; a light bulb and a wire.
Even "the compleat idiot" can figure out how to use them. As simple as sticking your fingers in an outlet.
