Slum Village commercial
My wife is making me watch the AMAs with her and I just saw a new HHR commercial with Slum Village rapping about HHRs and Impalas. There was a new black Impala and a orange HHR in it. It also featured two classic Impalas. It seems like quite an odd marketing campaign Chevy is using for the HHR. I have only seen it on television twice. The night Chevy bought all of the time slots on Jay Leno and had that stupid Andy Dick story line going on and now the Slum Village add. I did laugh at Andy Dicks first HHR add and the car wash one.

Its kind of weird to see them go mainstream though. Maybe Chevy chose them because they could get them cheaper than a more mainstream act like Nelly or Missy. It wasn't even like they used one of their songs. They were actualy rapping about Impalas and HHRs! The one line that stands out in my mind is something like Rollin' in my double HHR with the chrome shinin'. Its kind of sell out in a way. There are big booty rap broads dancing around in it also. Not that I have a problem with that. 
I did get a laugh at Jermaine Dupri standing next to the girl from Destinys Child. 
I also laughed at the guy who mispronounced Ciaras name.
