Just wondering--is there a reason these cost so much and/or what is so different about them that my round $3.00 spotter mirror can't do?

thnx

I agree, why waste the money? These blindspot mirrors are a must on the panel but my $3 set of round ones work just fine!!

I ordered the spotter mirrors with my factory build. Since then I have noticed that they are a fleet order. But, I have not been told one way or the other if I was actually going to have them installed. The option for the build shows a cost of $30, but, don't know if that is for one or two.

I went to the dealer yesterday to inquire about my order and they are a $25 option and were available for my SS.

I like the quality of OEM parts, but at $25. ea. I will accept a non-factory part as it is not a part that will cause mechanical issues down the road.

I like the squareness of them (fits the mirror better IMO), and they look a little larger than the round ones so it makes it easier to tell what is there, not sure they are worth 25 bucks each, but all things being equal, I like the look of the square ones better.

They look and work a lot better than the round ones. They local auto stores have rectangular ones which work well also.
