Acutally just the opposite. There are a lot of folks that change out the clear DRL on the full size trucks to amber because the clears burn out faster and the amber run cooler and last much longer.

Plus remember all the cars with hidden headlights, they can't run the headlight bulbs as DRL's.

 

Is there a way to make my 07 burn ambers? i know there is a thread about this but i dont think it ever said how to do it.
