My sunroof only intermittently works now, and I'd like to try putting a new switch in, but it is on national backorder from GMPartsDirect. Does anyone know of any other sources? Any dealers / salvagers out there who may have access to one?

I tried both of those ideas, which is why I posted it here....

 

try searching HERE. if they have sunroof assemblies or motors, chances are they probably have the switch assemblies. hope this helps.

 

You could always try contact cleaner. It may just be a little dirt that is causing the problem. I have had great luck using that on power window switches.
