Took Off Old Horn and Put on 2 of the 4 1988 Caddy Horns from a Fleetwood de Elegante
I did go to the battery.
Horn is from 20 to 30 seconds on the video. the rest is a walk around.
I had to set up an account and then submit the videos and then it takes a couple of days for them to do a review and then they post it.

Hi CJ,
Link not working. How did you run your wire, and what gauge did you use?-I must do the same. I plan on putting a distribution block under the dash (like for stereo systems) then run another line into the engine compartment for the horn.

Nice video. But I also would like to see under the hood-specifically, wires
So I dont reinvent the wheel, where did you run your wiring through the car? And did you need to drill a hole from the battery/spare tire compartment? (I am not trying to be lazy or anything, but I have not really checked it out yet on my car). (Who am I kidding-I am tying to be lazy!)
Thanks for the help.

I saw "dual horns" in this thread and it reminded me of an old incident... In '68 I factory ordered a new Firebird, with performance in mind. 400 Ram Air III, HD M-22 trans, HD clutch, etc.
Somehow, when checking off the less important things, I missed the dual horn option. Gawd, it sounded sick (the horn, not the engine!). My neighbor liked it so much that he bought one, but small V8. However he never failed to remind me of how much better his dual horns sounded!!
His wife had a '58 Mercedes with a neat sounding and loud horn. Sooooo, one day I headed off to a junk yard and asked if they had a '58 Mercedes on the yard. Yeppers... for the huge sum of $1 I now had a horn!!
This old '58 Mercedes horn has now graced a whole bunch of cars over the years and now resides in my HHR!! BTW, install was easy. Just pulled front of liner, pulled stock horn, clipped plug, wired, bolted on and good to go!
Here's a pretty lousy clip from calling my home phone from my cell and leaving a "message": HORN
