Transmission Mount Needs replaced

Safe to assume this shouldn't look like this?

Should I consider replacing any other mounts while I am at it? Vehicle has 72,000 miles. 2010 HHR Panel LS

There are 2 trans mounts and a motor mount, and a bracket between the trans and motor that I had crack, it was cheap <$20.

I’d say it’s shot! May I suggest changing all three mounts as a set. I’ve read that different companies have different compounds of rubber and aren’t completely compatible!

Order one front and one rear transmission mount

RockAuto

And one upper engine mount

RockAuto

From the same company.

I myself prefer AC Delco products, however I posted the RockAuto site as an example.

Thanks. I just placed the order for all three.

Glad to help, I figure if I learned something could be a problem, share that information, save someone else the trouble.

Are y’all changing these yourself?
Torque valves are in the How to section
