Sitting in Conway Ark right now.

Put in another 12-hour day and 800 miles.
The cruise control didn't act up today. But that USB port is really irritating.
Left Moriarty NM at 6 am with temp at 61 deg. Oki City got up to 112. Nothing like a 50 degree spread.
Had to use the A/C in Oki and Ark. So the mpg went down some. Still averaging about 30 mpg but before I turned on the A/C was seeing 32.

I have not seen another SS on the road.

I have seen a lot of black, silver and white LT/LS's though.
2 Sunburst Orange, about 6 victory red, about 8 burgundy/cardinal red, 2 Sandstone/gold mist some others were so muddy that it was hard to tell if black or imperial blue.
I even saw 1 white panel and one black half-panel (AA5).

Another day done.

Am sitting in Salem Va. Yep, another 12-hour 800 mile leg.
That just leaves me with 350 miles tomorrow to get to Smyrna De.
That should take about 5.5 hours.
I had to switch to cd's as I just couldn't take the USB port problem any more.
I finally saw another SS just before getting to Memphis, black of course.
Tenn. was refreshing, saw a lot of dark gray, both kinds of red and the gold/sandstone. Didn't see any with the HHR.net label on them though.

800 miles a day is making pretty good time. Keep us posted!

Sounds like you're getting your money's worth out of the Smurfmobile, maybe try swapping out the USB adapter cord to cure the odd things its doing. Safe travels, check in when you get there.

I plug the flash drives directly into the unit, no adapter cord. But, it will be a couple of weeks before I can take it to the dealer anyways.

Well you can see another SS around Philly, lol. I also know there are a few around in Delaware but mostly around the beaches. Have a safe trip.

Caught some admireers today.

Was driving around Dover and on the base today. I noticed a couple of times, while stopped for a light, people were taking pictures with their cell phone cameras of my back window and 3rd brake light stencil. The 'Smurfinator' is getting noticed around here, that and the fact I have California plates I guess.
