One of the guys at the dealer said this. Any truth to it? 09 in Automotive Standards only?

I hate when people at Dealership know less about their vehicles than the people that buy them. I didn't wantr to sit their and argue with ignorance. All my tags say 2008

Even the info in the stage kit should be a tip off, they haven't released the kit for the 09 SS yet, but have one for the 08...... Some dealers aren't so smart.

90% of salesmen are very uneducated..
i dont like being bothered by them at the dealerships
cause they know less than most people who are there
looking at a car they've already researched and want.
but you got to have them so you can get your car i guess.
i normally just ask for the sales manager or GM's help. the
process goes much smoother and you get further w/ them.
helps when you know someone there to..
