Did you retain the HHR body control module and use the Camero PCM? Just curious how those two are tied together?

Update

Wanted to give you guys an update on my progress. Work is proceeding on a bunch of changes. Now that the build is nearing completion I’m finding several major things that aren’t just right. Some time ago I realized the Camaro rear axle wasn’t going to be strong enough to handle the horsepower that I’ll be feeding it. To this end, I replaced it with a Currie 9 inch posi unit. That was completed a couple of months ago. Fortunately I got a second chance to make a couple of minor tweaks for some clearance issues I had with the panhard bar and the rear air shocks. The air suspension moves so much up and down it really created some unique “challenges”. Another item that needed to be replaced was the stainless brake lines running to the rear. The location of the cats was way too close to the brake lines so I had to re-route them outboard to the side of the sub frame. The next item in the list is to split the rear line to the rear Wilwood calipers. Here is a picture of the stainless line and the -3 AN fittings.

An East Coast tour is no longer on the schedule. There’s just too many other things to do. Sorry. SoCal will be most of the cruising for me.

I am sure I speak for all the SoCal members in asking for a heads up on the forum when and where you will be showing it in SoCal so we can get a first-hand look at it!

Guess I’ll have to drive your way for a picture of the Co-HHR of the Year 2015! .
It’ll probably be a rental ride from the airport, if we ever get out to Cali!
Hey we got to Vegas last year!

Just wondering.
Does anyone know the status on this build by Lasater ? I've followed this Stickey since day one. Loved watching the build through his numerous posts and pics. No updates in a year but I see that he visited the site back in Dec. 2018.

So. Anyone have any info ?
