Someone kicked or something knocked my fog lamp delete plug into the bumper and it was just rattling around in the hole. Of coarse its not made so that I can hold on to it and pull it back into place, meaning I will have to go at it from the back side. Will I have to remove the whole bumper or can I get that far down using the headlight replacement method? I don't see how to do it using the headlight method based on how the bottom of the wheel liner is made.

 

Use the headlight replacement procedure, there's enough room to get your hand in to pop the insert into place again.
