I'm not aware of any decal, what are you referring to? Maybe you have a pic or a link?

2009 Panel

On the rear hatch (Door) There is a emblem "HHR" under that there is a decal "Panel" tnx

My '09 panel didn't have that decal. But I removed all emblems as well.

Don't have the Panel sticker. Mine must have the optional one.:lol:
