I have an 09 lt panel that I run a courrier service with. Purchased in oct 09 and currently have 134,458 miles on it. I have done nothing but regular maintenance and a boat load of driver side head lights. Still getting 30 mpg and time for struts and shocks. i need to get 300 k out of this thing to make it pay for itself. Any ideas about the darn head lights? They are a bear to replace.

HHR with the most milage

I have a 2006 2LT with 115,000 miles....it has been pretty free of problems outside of what usually starts to go with high mileage cars..struts, O2 sensor and the latest is a broken bracket that the factory air cleaner housing pops on to (cheap thin metal)....the housing is making a horrible noise due to the vibration......
I, too had a leak over the cabin filter due to Chevy using cheap glue to hold the rubber flap in place..I thought the windshield was leaking because I had replaced it 6 months earlier...but the mechanic knew what it was right away and repaired it last fall...so far so good.

Miles 326,000

A local repo dealer had a 2007 HHR that they picked up that had a whooping 326,000 miles and did not look bad for the miles, black on black. It was owned by a preacher that stopped making payments, The amazing part was it brought $2,700. That's a ton of miles and still on the road, keep her going.
