Does anyone know how to reset anti theft on a 2007 panel?

Put the key in the ignition and turn it on. See page 114 in your Owner Manual (link in my sig)

Is the anti theft light flashing?
Anti theft turns the injectors off not the starter.

Make sure you have the OEM key , an aftermarket key may not be programmed to your HHR

My dad once went on a deployment, in a C47. They made an emergency landing, then continued the trip an hour later. Explanation was "an engine broke, now it's fixed".
