My new wheels are 18x7.5 with a 40mm offset and 225 40 18 tires, if or when I lower it using the Eibach pro kit will they rub? I did search for it couldnt find it though.

 

I've got 18x7.5's with 225/45/18's. Benn running them for a year with no problems. I have the Eiback Pro's. Don't know if this helps.

I would say that they will not rub. I have 18x8s with 38mm offset and 225/40s. I am running adjustable coilovers that are set as low as they will go (lower than Goldlines) and I still have plenty of room and no rub in any circumstance. I could run 40mm offset but I like my wheels set out instead of in so that they fill the wheel wells.
