No the first replacement died within two weeks of the install, then the second lasted up until last April about 3 years and 75,000 miles

So this is a long thread and a lot to try and go through so I will post this in hopes you guys can help. I bought my HHR used 2 years ago its a 2011. I notice now maybe cause its cold that when I turn my steering wheel it makes some noise and I can almost feel a clicking in the steering wheel. Is this related to this topic or is it something else?

Told by a dealership my 2010 is not a recall fix. Then told me its not a safety issue. Just filed a complaint with nhtsa and called gm. Never again do I buy gm.

Oh man - if what you are complaining about is a power steering motor failure, well it isn't a RECALL. It is however covered by a WARRANTY EXTENSION. Big difference.
