08 and 09 manual tranny's
 

are these 2 different transmissions or the same on the 5 speed. 08 says it is borrowed from Saab, 09 calls it a Gertrag(sp?).

Same thing, Model F35 MU3. Getrag is the company that builds the transmissions.

It looks like the 09' has a different final ratio of 4.05 from the 3.82 for 08'
