Here's the exterior of above vehicle... Imperial Blue Metallic

Wish pictures were better... sorry.

THANKS! I've updated the first post. I think the only thing we need now is an interior shot of the ebony / red interior that doesn't show the non-available pre-production performance passenger seat.

Darren,

Thank you for some great pictures, I doubt that a dealer would be able to show that. I was leaning towards the black/red, but the black/grey looks classy, not so early brothel style. The difference between the seats is very noticeable with the black/gray. One of the magazine articles said that the performance seat was not for big people, well my really fat a$$ needs to know from those that have the performance seat if this would be a problem? I also take back all those things I might have said about Toronto too, thanks again.

I'm not sure why the performance seat would "not be for big people". Hopefully some real owners can chime in about this.

Although I'm not very big, I sat in it for a while and found it to be very comfortable... can't see a reason why this would change, regardless of the size of the person.

Apparently the performance seat is supposed to be really good for driving comfort and also for holding you in the seat during enthusiastic driving

For my skinny arse, the seat works great. Lots of leg room for a guy 6'3, and Im not folded up compared to riding in my former cars - sephia, s10. The only other perk it could use would be adjustable height for the folding arms and lateral support for the torso. Lateral aint bad, but a little extra material would be welcomed warmly - kinda like a stang or camaro would.

Does anybody else think that this thread should be a sticky at the top of HHR SS threads?

Note that this is a Canadian vehicle, so ebony/gray + performance driver's seat is at least a possibility in Canada... not sure why GM US site references that ebony/gray + performance driver's seat is not possible... maybe it's just a website mistake.

Note 1: I haven't been a fan of the ebony/gray from pictures I've seen but, in person, it looks quite nice.

Note 2: Canadian vehicle has boost gauge reading in kPa instead of psi. I suppose I should have expected this but... d'oh!

I am looking at my actual order sheet on my ordered HHRSS from Jan 21:

AE4 SEAT, DRIVER, PREMIUM CLOTH WITH ULTRALUX INSERTS, GM PERFORMANCE Division, high bolster extended length seat cushion, high bolster seatback, SS embroidery and color keyed accents (Front passenger seat and rear seat are the same as the AR9 Premium Cloth with Ultralux Insert front buckets. Driver seat cushion and passenger seat cushion will have a complementary appearance but are not identical in color scheme, size, or shape. NOT available with (13C) Ebony/Grey Premium cloth with Ultralux inserts interior color.
$95 MSRP/ $80.75 GMS
So That explains my questions on the seat shape, but not the above pics of the color combo that this order says is unavailable.
