What kind of a barge is that he's driving? Front of his car looks a lot worse than the back of yours.

Car is definitely repairable and glad to hear you're all OK, but I have to ask.......how's that neck feeling?

not too bad, the SS performance seat seems to be better than the go-carts "race seats" LOL

The intercooler looks OK IMHO.

Looks like you'll need a front bumper, a hood, a grille, and a right fender. Left fender damage (if any) is not shown in the pics.

And a rear bumper + rear hatch lid.

Looks like you'll be driving your SS again, pretty soon.

Man that sucks, glad everyone was OK, but really isn't that bad, looking at the hood of the car behind you...she took it well!! It will be back, as good as new. I got hit on a thursday, had it back the next friday. Good luck. Todd (Uma)

It was later determined to not be our fault, but it resulted in my SS being totaled by Allstate when the repair estimate exceeded $21,000...

We can definitely attest to the safety of the HHR in front end impacts, looking
at the interior afterward, it does not look deformed at all. From the windshield
forward though - it's a different story.

We're now driving an Imperial Blue '09 SS since I couldn't find another VR to replace it with.
Very nice color, but would have preferred VR.

Pictures and verbose description of what happened.
Well this explains the Blue SS I see around and not seeing the Red one anymore.

Did you buy the blue one that was at Doug Chevy? It is gone now.

I know where this happened and you guys are lucky. My crash happened on 224 just east of Canton Rd at Neal road. I was lucky and just ran off the road in a way it was bad but not too bad. Only $7,000 bad. What happened to you is about what would have happened to me if I had hit the guy who turned in front of me as I was about the same speed.

We need a club for HHR SS crash survivors. It is crazy but I seldom see one where it is the fault of the SS driver.

I am begining to think people hate us.
