Brake Question

Just a few questions.
First off, anyone know the size of the non brembo rotors?
Tryin to order new rotors and have 4 options. 10.6, 11.7, 10.9, 12.4. I am assuming the two lower sizes are front/rear non brembos?

Also, anyone running redstuff pads? Ive used hawk but not too excited. They work well on my bros cobalt ss but, dont feel good enough for me. Plus im a lil bit more powerful :p

Measure the ones your replacing to get the correct size.
There was some previous discussions on this. Seems that maybe year and model had something to do with the different sizes listed. The good folks here never could come up with a "correct" size to swear by.
Best to measure yours if doing a straight swap.

When I went to the non Brembo 08 SS rotors on the front to mine, the new ones were 11.7". I would imagine the rears would be the smallest. The 10.9's are the standard HHR front rotors.

I am using the Red pads and they are great. If you are really hard you can use the yellows but generally EBC recommends the reds for the SS.

Aqua Blue Metallic!

Nice panel wagon. I've got a '09 SS Aqua Blue Metallic w/AA5 option. Live in Granbury, TX. just SW of Fort Worth. Love that color!!!
