cabin filter

cabin filter

incase anyone has not checked your cabin filter yet, its probaly dirty. mine was really dirty at 12k miles. anyways advanced auto parts sells them for $13.48. part number# C35676 i never priced it from the dealer but im pretty sure they will cost alot more from the dealer. oreilly auto parts has them too but they cost more.

yeah, i changed mine few weeks ago
got a WIX filter from oreilys.. was like 15$
also put a dryer sheet on top of it when i installed
smells so fresh in there now

The filter that was in from fac. is dark not white like ones from parts house.

I looked at my wife cabin filter when she got home from buying it it was dark.

The originals have activated charcoal impregnated in the filter giving it the dark color. I replaced mine at 35K from Auto Zone's supply.

I must of had brain fade that was what I was trying to say but for the life of me could not think ..... of [ activated charcoal impregnated ] I just new that there were dark when new
