i don't know if your ss panel was built before the changes, but i have to ask. does yours have the inside remote button for the rear cargo gate?

only release buttons for the side doors as they have no ext. handles.
the rear hatch is treated like a regular door and simply opens with a electronic release switch under the logo. unlock the passanger door and the hatch is unlocked as well. so the release button would be the unlock button on the door.

as far as i can tell, the remote interior button for the rear cargo gate was added on 10/2/08. when was your ss panel built?

very nice, i have been looking for rear panel interior pics, there are NO panels in my area,i will be retiring soon and will sell or trade my 56 belair to get a black ss panel so i can haul stuff and have a neat ride too, turbos rule, my present driver an 01 wolfsburg jetta 285 tq 265 hp 32mpg, 147,500 miles and going great, is the interior rear storage and decking removable, i may want a rear seat sometimes, the PANEL LOOK is a MUST

Very nice looking.

The interior looks basically like a traditional HHR with the back seats folded down. What are the other differences, other than obviously no windows in the rear doors? It looks like there are some type of compartment space in the area of the rear seat footwells?

id lower it.TTRsway bar. Powdercoat wheels red.
Flat black the exterior n do some pinstripping.
