ChevyMgr, is there a TSB out on the boost gauge light flicker?

Mentioned in this thread?

I've got the flickers now as well and I'd like to point my dealer in the right direction when I get first service in a week or so.

My dealer replaced my gauge, worked on something for an hour and it still flickers from time to time... Also my door lock still sticks, usually in the morning.

Last night was the first time I've ever driven the car in genuine dark... I thought I was in Vegas with all the flickering. It seems to be a voltage issue as a quick blip of the throttle clears it up for a non-second. But, that ain't no fix.
