Here's a joke. New inter-cooler from gm in Canada: $853.50!!!!!! lmao. Same part in Niagara NY.: $416.38. What a bloody joke. This is why you never buy parts at a dealership kids.

Canadians get hosed by dealerships.

I can sell you mine if you need a stocker and I won't charge you nearly as much as the dealer.

And we thought Haan was outrageous Don't do it, too many of us have that stock one laying on the pile, with that squishy snake hose. For 300 You can buy a brand new CS/Saab I got mine gently used for 200. How does the boost work with the ABS. I'm sure it would be better for the charge pipes.

I took it out last night after company left and it hauled ASS!!!
The difference was more than negligible. idk why, but it was certainly faster.

Well with big hole in it you weren't getting much air. We may all want one of those ABS go fast no-cooler connections. I'm glad you aren't in limp mode that was no fun at all.

you are probably getting kr like crazy with the hot azz air entering the motor. i'd be careful until you get another intercooler on there.

As long as your keeping the boost low you should be fine. My Turbo Dodges didn't come inter-cooled. They were 7psi factory and good to about 12psi before heat was an issue(my 86 K car was running 18psi with added water injection only no inter-cooler). So just don't go around racing it until you get a replacement inter-cooler.

sounds like a bit of restriction was removed with the PVC pipe...or turbulance
