E3 spark plugs
|
Never heard of those plugs, but the testing was impressive. Do you know of any independent dyno testing other than this?
P.S. I'm jealous that you live in Bentonville. There's a certain gentleman's club and a certain dancer just north of there whose company I enjoyed very much on the way home from picking up my SS in Ohio. Hah! |
It's a gimmick. Don't buy them
|
i had not heard of them till i saw that episode of horse power.
i have not seen any other dyno info on them. |
They have very mixed reviews on the web. Google E3 Sparkplug Review and draw your own conclusions.

Just like Split Fires when they came out. Spark only travels to the path of least resistance. Keep the stock plugs in there unless your modding the engine. Then Gapping and heat range comes into play when modding.
|
I sell them and they are a gimick just as were the Spitifires.
I use NGK or AC and all is fine. |

Last week we had to take a set out of a guy's SS, he too thought he was going to gain big power.......all he got was a rough running engine and a bunch of misfire data.
There is nothing wrong with the OEM spark plugs, do you honestly think GM engineering would use anything but the most efficient plug in this engine?? I put my faith in their ability to chose a simple spark plug.........and I don't care what Hot Rod TV does. |
