ECM part number for HHR SS 2009 2.0L

I was wondering for anybody with an HHR SS what part number would the ECM be? I have this one in right now and have had it in since I bought the car. I’ve called 2 dealerships given both my vin and both have said that the one in there right now is wrong. Supposedly I need part number 19431824. Can anyone please verify which number is in their car. The reason i’m seeking to replace my ECM is a P0601 code and intermittently no crank no start when it’s hotter outside.

Wow. Who shorted out that one ? ( Burn marks on the casing. )

FYI. I think the ECM’s may be different depending on if you have an automatic or 5 speed transmission. Which do you have ?

I have no clue had to be one of the previous owners. And it’s an automatic.

The part number on your ECM in your SS is for a 2008 Cobalt SS

Several sites did not verify the part number the dealership gave you is correct for your 2009 SS

Thats pretty much what I was getting when I was looking it up too. I have no clue what to go with since the sites say one thing but the dealer says another. Also the ECM I have in the picture says the same number as Rock Auto but it’s under the barcode on the left in small print. It’s say SERV#12623326

The part number for ECMs gets superseded regularly. I would not worry much about the number, it is the connectors and programming that matter.
