Oh and does the crankshaft have provisions for a pilot bearing ?

 

I'm unaware of any difference between auto and manual in the engine itself. Something in the back of my mind says maybe the exhaust manifold or downpipe is different? ECM is different of course.

2010 has different fuel injectors. That is important to know. I assume that meant different ECM programs.
