Ever put your SS on a trailer?
Ever put your SS on a trailer?
Just wondering if anyone knows good tied down points if any?
I didn't see anything about it in my trusty manual. My family is moving and I will need to get my SS up on a trailer. Thanks All
Tire pressure to 40 lb, and apply 3 inch straps over EACH tire and ratchet down firm.
2 inch straps secured to each trailing arm in rear.
2 inch Front strap to to tow point.
You're good to go.
Check air pressure and tension at each fuel stop and before hitting the road in the morning.

seeing as she is 6' under you'd figure it would be easy, but she was still of no help
I used the front hold downs that come with the trailer and they worked fine (just aired up)
Observation: pull up till the tires hit the stops, or else the straps will contact the front dam.
Used 2 3" straps with axle loops in the rear. I just put them around the rear "axle" bracket
