Question fog light question

Does anyone know where I might could get Yellow fog light bulbs for my SS.

Also I would like to put fog lights in my LS --Anyone ever did this --If so what does it require - Do I need to get the whole bumper cover with the fog lights in it ?

I had asked this before but the only response I got was find a wiring harness for them at a pick n pull --then what ?

On the LS... Bumper cover is the same. The fog lights go where the two round vents are. About the wiring/switch/proper integration? I donno. There are several threads on the forum about this. Use the search function.

Then you install the wires and switch then go to a GM dealer to have the BCM flashed.
Or figure out the proper wiring for a couple of relays to make them operate legally.

Good Lord , I READ cat mans info which I really appreciate but cant you just simply find the wire to your headlights that controlls the dim & tie it in to there - Without having cpm flashed & all that( I guess BCM is the same as CPM ??
OK I know nothing about electrical circuits etc. ,so Im just asking ?

I don't know why you are posting here. But the answer is : it is illegal to drive with fog lights on and high beams on at the same time. That is what flashing the BCM does.
Or you can follow any number of designs on the internet to accomplish much the same.
You NEED to have at least one relay involved because of the load involved.

ok I get it -I thought there may be a separate wire for the dim setting where you could just tie into --Obviously not --

Thanks for the response

If you GoOgle "fog light wiring" then look at images you will probably get 100 different ways to do it. Like this: https://www.google.com/search?q=fog+...DwjbxTmyzvRjM:

Just keep in mind that you cannot have them on if the high beams are on.

Isn't that a law that varies by state?

Maybe, but it is fricking rude to do. I think it is one of those federal mandated things; they with hold federal highway funds if the state doesn't do it; like 55 MPH and seat belts and red brake lights and no amber lights on the rear and safety glass etc.
