HID Questions-Fog-Headlight

I recently installed a 6000k HID kit that came with my Depo headlights[no manufacture listed].
The R/H headlight flickers. Checked on E-bay, and found that some GM cars have a flicker problem, and needs a HID capacitor, to cure the problem. Some are listed on EBay. Anyone using one?
Also want to convert fog lights to HID now. What and where, do I need to do the conversion.? Need two sets of HID capacitor, one for head, and one for tails?
Need help with these two problems. Thanks "Moon"

RobSSTurbo: So do I need a whole complete HID kit for the fogs>
Also, do I need a separate harness for the fogs.
I take it one harness works for both headlights. Thanks "Moon"

My fogs don't flick just my headlights so I think you would be fine with just using the harness for your headlights.

I thought you could fix this by pulling the DRL fuses since they undervolt the headlights which some HID ballasts dont like....wondering myself now that I've been waiting to do my DEPOs, HIDs and charge piping all at once and don't want to have to take the clip off again.
