Lower T-Map wiring issue

Hi guys, looking for some wiring advice. Lower T-Map wiring.

Well, the Stage 1 wires (installed in 2010) on the lower T-Map are worn in places and right near the plug too. Suggestions on how to replace/resolve?
Check out the T-Map bolt too.....condensation. So imagine the moisture that sits on the bare wires at times. So those that have weird running problems........ I am thinking of getting the ZZP cold IC-Throttle body pipe, to move this sensor to a safer location. (I did remove black tape they put on the set of wires, but there was still exposed wiring)

Car Specs:
178K on the body. 15K on the LDK. Hahn hot pipes, Forge bypass, few other items such as catless ZZP DP, solid engine mount and rear swaybar. WI resident.

How I finally got to here: I had the bank one code, but when cleaning the MAF, it went away for a few days. So I had replaced the MAF and first O2 sensor, second dialed out. First O2 sensor was really corroded.

Car ran great for a while. Then I would at times get the too rich at idle code, weeks apart. Sometimes the turbo circuit A code. Cleaned the MAF and replaced the upper T-Map...things ran great again.

No codes recently, but odd 0 to 5 PSI boost surge, when cruising etc. Then very recently, at times could see vac readings odd, instead of -20/30 when off the gas, creeping up to -5/-10 or so. Then car started running rough, but no codes the other day. Parked it and figured maybe maybe small boost leak or lower T-Map.

Everything appeared fine when checking connections, wanted to replace the stock IC, as I have recently replaced the MAF sensor, boost solenoid, and upper T-Map. Ordered the ZZP IC as it was something I had wanted to replace for a while, and had a lower T-Map to install yet. Re-checked the upper T-Map, and it had a small wear in the gasket, so that could account for the recent VAC issue. When installing the IC and removing the lower T-Map, found the wiring and bolt issues. Lower T-Map gasket looked ok, but I ordered a 50 pack and will be putting in new ones.

First read this TSB post #33 https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/hhr-...g-issue-59421/
Then set about soldering & shrink wrapping all of those crimp connections.

I wonder if the plug-in harness is still available?

I stole that one right away when you posted in the other thread. Thanks Don.

Found this at ZZP https://zzperformance.com/ecotec/gm-...1-sensors.html

In the questions section
Do you sell the harness separately?

Sorry. we only sell this as a complete kit.

For us that ordered the initial GM kits, they crimped or soldered, so the plugin I don't think would help us. I may have to reach out to ol' crateenginedepot, as that is who was selling them to us back then at least.

Since they cut the old connector off to do the crappy crimp......

Looks like part of the moisture problem is the coolant recovery tank is leaking from the hose.
