My 2009 SS Panel
 

I inherited this from my wife's uncle when he passed. Brembo Brakes, Manual, Stage 1 GM turbo upgrade, and only 51k miles. Might be looking to sell it in the near future, not sure yet. Right now its a daily driver and I feel like that's a waste.

Nice and rare SS panel , only 216 were built and only in the 2009 model year!

Looking good. With the options I see , that is a very rare Panel SS indeed. I’ll bet there is less than 5 with those options.

I may have to ride by and see it in person. It’s only about 10 miles down the road from me.

Your not wrong. It deserves to be treated as a collectible, and driving it will depreciate it much faster than a normal car. It's not (yet) in the big money collectible class, but you can prolly sell it for twice what a nice boring reliable car of similar age and condition would cost. If you can't afford to pamper it and get another daily driver, take the money and run!

The big problem is trying to actually figure out the best way to get a solid amount on it. I don't want to just give it away, but also most people are not going to offer me 20k for it either. I might do an ebay motors auction and post the link to every hhr forum and facebook group I can find and see what happens. If I sell it, I have to turn around and buy another good vehicle. Since good used vehicles are so expensive these days, I can't undersell it.

That is a great question. I am not sure what to charge, and pretty much any offer I get in my DM's is probably going to be a complete lowball. If I can't make enough to at least buy a newer solid vehicle, then I can't really afford to sell it.
