Last week the timing chain on my 2008 HHR SS let loose and my motor is toast.

Does anyone out there have a motor or can recommend a supplier to get a replacement. Hate to sell the car for parts.

Merged everything together for ya todman, multiple threads on the same subject create more confusion, instead of getting more attention.

 

Are you sure a new timing chain set wouldn't fix it? That's a lot cheaper about 4 hours labor and about $200 parts.

 

That ZZP looks to include the turbo and a whole lot more!
