Reason why it cannot fit is the depth that can be fixed with a dremel. Here is my thread about itAlpine HU/Nav If you look at first pic near bottom on left side, you can see cutmarks. I paid around $1400 for both at local car stereo shop not including install.

- What are the changes for the standard HHR SS for 2009?
- Does anybody know when we can expect the 2009 HHR SS models? (They can't be more than 6 months away...)
I can't imagine that there are going to be drastic changes between the 08-09 models since the 08's came out later. I hope the Bluetooth option is for real; it's WAY overdue.

Thats cool. Stupid question, the part with the screen becomes reflective like the rest of the mirror when you don't have it in reverse?

No other pics to confirm or deny if reflective when off cause model in most of pics and chevy's gallery is one with built in nav that has the rear camera in that not rearview camera. There is a company installing led tvs in mirrors so tv is hidden until it is on, so it is possible.
