Anyone in or near NYC? I use Meyer Chevrolet and so far so good, but I am the only HHR SS owner so they haven't done any Stage 1 yet.

$150-$300. How much did you pay for the kit on ebay? Was it from a dealer?

I paid almost 400, seller has sold many kits before and feedback is 100%. I don't think it's from a dealer.

Successful Stage kit install!
Well got it done at Crane Chevy in Clifton this morning. Jon, the tech, was knowledgable and did an immaculate job with the wiring. Took about 3 hours with an oil change. As far as performance goes, it is worth every penny. Now it really plants you in the seat and builds much more boost than before. The difference is substantial, and there is tire spin where there was no tire spin before! Can't wait for the ride home from work!

Glad to hear about your successful installation. Jon also installed my kit, which was his and Crane's first kit install. Have fun with it but be careful.

Yes, I have found that you have to drive her a bit more carefully now. Especially while accelerating and turning at the same time...torque steer is understandably worse. I never saw more than 15 psi worth of boost. Now I have seen near 25. Wow!
