I figured it was a bit more honest.

Cute! You might want to add a line under that "Never will". "Moon"

Funny I was there in 2010 and ran the old ring. It was a blast!
I bought a Ring sticker while I was there. It was white and looked similar to
the red one at the beginning of the thread. 25euro a lap....

Yes All the major manufacturers have permanent facilities there for testing.
The old ring is not used for competition anymore They have a GP track very close to the facility. BTW the Old Ring is classified as a German road and any car that is licensed to drive on their roads are allowed on the track! If you ever get there its 25 euro a lap and they open at 4PM to 6PM.

The truth is GM test all their new performance cars there as do most MFG, Many never get mentioned but many get noticed because it is the best place to get spy photos of new cars.

Anyone get their stickers on yet
I have been busy with other projects so I have not been able to get to ordering the sticker.
I agree Gm tests a lot of their vehicles there but ya have to admit the car did awesome around the ring.
Would love to see the results with 2 simple mods better handling tires
and the GM turbo upgrade.
Then I would like to see one of you guys go over with one of your fully modded cars that has pedders springs etc.
That would be cool to see on their list of cars that have made the list.
Now I know it will be costly to get one of you over their with your HHR SS
So I am willing to toss in the first 50 cents.

Guess you would'nt put a sticker on you HHR, saying "Made in Mexico" either.
Whatever floats your boat.
I myself like to advertise that "This ain't your grandmaw's shopping cart"
Lot of non car people think we are driving a PT Cruiser anyway. Especially the regular HHR's.
Guess I'm into making a statement, with whatever I do to my SS. "Moon"

How about a nuburgring decal with a little hhr ss almost to the finish line and an older corvette or better yet a ricer car about an inch behind.
