part 12622040
Can someone tell me the name of the part and where to find it ive replaced everything else and still can not build boost
ive searched the part number and cannot find anything about it

Looks like the turbo boost sensor, perhaps RJ or FMG can positively identify it.

I can't find any reference to that part number.

The part in the picture is the bypass solenoid, GM P/N 12653854. Another number is 12634111, superseded now by 12633355.

There are several reasons why you can't generate boost. What code(s) are you getting?

RJ , that P/N doesn’t show up , possibly obsolete?

Probably a vacuum/boost leak.

Intercooler plastic ends, charge piping or clamps, vaccum tank, the list goes on and on...

What mods do you have?

The only mods on the car are muffler delete and zzp fmic. The stock intercooler plastic ends cracked so i upgraded. Also when they installed the maf the used a hitachi instead of a bosch so they are going to order the bosch to see if that turns the light off and if it builds boost again

Debating doing the vaccum tank delete to see if that is what is causing the issue

Do not do a vacuum tank delete. The system has to have a reserve supply of vacuum for the turbo system to operate correctly. Under a heavy load, the engine produces minimal or no vacuum. Without a tank to hold that reserve, the system has nothing to draw from when the engine is not producing a vacuum.

i would only be doing the delete to see if the tank was cracked causing the loss of boost. I would be replacing afterward
