Looks like the turbo boost sensor, perhaps RJ or FMG can positively identify it.

I can't find any reference to that part number.
The part in the picture is the bypass solenoid, GM P/N 12653854. Another number is 12634111, superseded now by 12633355. There are several reasons why you can't generate boost. What code(s) are you getting? |
RJ , that P/N doesn’t show up , possibly obsolete?

Probably a vacuum/boost leak.
Intercooler plastic ends, charge piping or clamps, vaccum tank, the list goes on and on... What mods do you have? |

Do not do a vacuum tank delete. The system has to have a reserve supply of vacuum for the turbo system to operate correctly. Under a heavy load, the engine produces minimal or no vacuum. Without a tank to hold that reserve, the system has nothing to draw from when the engine is not producing a vacuum.
