You'd really be better off with aftermarket. Lose those crappy plastic end tanks. ZZP makes a nice one.

I purchased the ZZP exact replacement IC. Thank you guys very much for your help. I learned a lot while troubleshooting.

No problemo, glad to help.

Many people have shimmed the intercooler out, to increase clearance between the AC compressor and the TMAP sensor. Here's what I did instead.

Donbrew, I now have a digital VOM. How do I test for this?
