I purchased the ZZP exact replacement IC. Thank you guys very much for your help. I learned a lot while troubleshooting.

No problemo, glad to help.
Many people have shimmed the intercooler out, to increase clearance between the AC compressor and the TMAP sensor. Here's what I did instead. https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/how-...ive-way-62943/ Everything is still working great. |
