Pre-Flight Checklist?

Has anybody else found themselves going through this routine when getting going.

1. get in car
2. start car
3. turn off auto-lights
4. turn on fog lights
5. turn on comp mode
6. get going

I do this just about every time. I feel like I need a little laminated card, and a technician to strap me in for lift-off.

Sounds just like my routine. The only exception........ not having an SS, I don't have comp mode.

Mine:

1. Remote start from in the house.
2. Take out clean microfiber and wipe down the car.
3. Get in & open sunroof (unless it is raining, it is always open).
4. Choose what play-list I'm in the mood for on the PAL/Nano--adjust volume accordingly.
5. Leave home with a big smile on my face.

How about a babe-alicious flight attendant to read those instructions?

Thats my one problem with the HHR, Not keeping your previous settings!
Every other vehicle that Ive owned always kept the fog lights on if I had them on the last time I drove the vehicle.

Close:

1. remote start car as I'm walking out to it
2. get in car
3. turn off auto-lights
4. turn on fog lights (if it's dark or low light time)
5. press recurc button on a/c
6. turn on comp mode
7. get going

I was thinking the exact same thing the other day when I was getting in, like I was about to take off on a flight and had 30 buttons/switches to hit/flip in order to take off!
