swapping complete rear suspension

I plan on swapping complete rear suspension out of my parts 2009 ss brakes to brakes and has Brembo brakes.I'm planning on changing all bushing with urethane and adding sway bar. Parts car has 6000 miles compare to mine which has 15000 miles. Is there any problems I'll have other than getting 2 - 12 mm rods for alignment and Is there any other parts that should be up graded at this time ? Mahalos

FYI. Brembos were only on the front. Rear SS rotors and calipers are standard GM.

HHR SS Brembos were only on the fronts. If you have some rear Brembos, then they didn't come from a HHR.
The Cobalts had rear Brembos on some years of their SS. That may be what you have.

RPO code G85 is for the limited slip differential (only available on the 5 speed)
I think code J56 is for the Brembos.

Just to add. It depends on the year SS. 2008, Brembos not available but LSD was as an option. 2009-2010 Brembos-LSD was an option. 5 speed only.

This is the listing from 2010 RPO codes. My SS has the Brembos and has the JL4 and J56 on the glovebox sticker. I guess the JL9 is the standard SS brakes (non Brembo)
JL4 Control - Active Brake
JL9 Brake System - Power, Front and Rear Disc, Antilock, Front and Rear Wheel
JM4 Brake System - Power, Front Disc, Rear Drum, Cast Iron, Antilock, Front and Rear Wheel
J56 Brake System - Power, Front and Rear Disc, Antilock, Front and Rear Wheel, Heavy Duty

Then it came from the factory with the standard 4 wheel disc brakes. No Brembos.
