I would say EASILY $15,000.. I think it might go closer to $18,500.

 

the same car was by auto trader price 14500 $ !! what is the speed limit by 400 hp ?????? ( my hhr ss is speed limit 245 km/h by 308 hp )

 

They come with Speed Governors (read Controllers) here... You'd have to abide by that, or find a way to deactivate/remove it..
Then the mods/parts motor and transmission have limits.. you would have to dyno it to see what it says.. But honestly, I wouldn't push past what you can already do so as to not wear out the aftermarket parts, and have longevity by having higher performance parts in place of stock.

 

No speed limiter on the SS's.

400hp isn't gonna make it have more top end speed. It will just be quicker if you can keep traction.

Only way to increase the top speed would be to attain higher engine rpm's with the stock gearing or change out the trans. gearing itself.
