So 6 months after I purchased my new SS from the dealer I did a dyno pull at my buddy's shop and the 25% rules seems to be somewhat accurate in my case. My stock SS auto is 235hp the dyno showed 181.4 hp at the wheels. Since then i have add several mods. I was just wondering if anyone has had any Dino pulls. If so what mods and at what horsepower.?

 

I am kind of surprised its that low. Thats like 50ish less horsepower than the 5 spd. was that first gear or third? and what kind of dyno? remember that the auto is limited in 1st gear. also what did you get for TQ numbers?

Oh, and superchips(my only real perfomance mod) claims to gain 47.7 HP and 55.1 lb/ft TQ at the wheels with the auto tranny. I have never been dyno'd

 

Dang economy! Only dyno I can afford is the "Butt Dyno".

 

hahahah Hubby blews his up @ 409 at the wheels... Now has it rebuilt to the hilt. and Rollers hopefully this week....
