If you like it, do it. Some purists don't agree. Maybe they'll come around when they see it. If not, and you still like it, so what?

 

Admittedly, leaning towards no myself...it would be a lot of work, and I may not like the final look. My initial post is a little misleading...I was only going to put these on the sides (where the current ones are).

Anyway, like everyone, sometimes I toy with ideas in my head that never come to fruition...what seems like a great idea one day doesn't after a night to sleep on it. I wish I had one of those emblems just so I could hold it up to my HHR and see how it looks, but at roughly $50, seems pricey to go the "just to see" route, especially if I hate it instantly. Thanks for all of the honesty...much appreciated.

 

I'm going to say yes. I think they would look pretty cool! They go with the retro design that is the HHR. They are from a Chevy too which also seems to fit.

I should add that I'm this guy by the way. This was off an early 70's Chevelle or something. I'd have to look at the box again.
