Valve cover removal
The SS has a special problem with valve cover removal.
There is a braided line from the turbo to the valve cover that has a fuel-line-type disconnect. Unfortunately, no disconnect tool fits in the very small gap between the valve cover and the connector.
My solution was to remove the screw at the turbo end (of the braided line) that holds the flanged end to the turbo. After removing the screw, you can carefully twist the line back and forth until the o-ring seal pops out and the line is free.
Some other people have cut the braided line off and replaced it with fuel line hose and clamps at each end.

Whether removing or replacing, easy to miss one of the bolts holding it down. Remove and clean carefully and you can re-use the gaskets.
The wire clips are a PITA. I understand new ones are available.
