will this work??? i found some 18x8 wheels with a nice lip. the offset is +45. how will this look on the car??? not going to put them on till my coilovers get here. going with a 225/40 tire.

It depends on how much you lower it. I don't think you'll have a lot of extra room either way. The back should be ok, but you might rub a little on the front.

not sure if this will help, but here is a drawing i did to show the diff between stock wheels and g6 wheels. the g6 wheels are a little wider

Try this, OEM tire and rim then in 2nd row put in the new ones.
