Do em Audi like. It would seem that the shape of the rod is irrelevant. So you really could make one that followed the lower curve of our headlights. This one is very interesting, I think our front ends would look wicked with the Audi style LED's. A lowered one, even more so.

If going to do this I would be an extra practice light for as cheap as possible. The stuff that holds the hhr light together is not the same as the link. The HHR headlight is nearly impossible to take apart with out messing up the housing. I take aprart headlights and fix and/or clean them for aliving. It tried to take apart an hhr light w/ bad inner chrome. I wanted to paint it black, but after about 2.5 hours off and on (had to fix sold lights first) The housing was so screwed up and I only a small section of the light apart. I tossed the light. And I thought caddy dts lights were alot of work.
